Implementing the Application of Artificial Intelligence for Improving Functions of Legal Firms in India

Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a disruptive force in legal practice, and the legal landscape in India is changing quickly. This study examines how AI is being used in Indian law firms, emphasizing how it can boost client satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and the efficiency of intricate procedures. Examined are important uses of AI, including document review, legal research, contract analysis, predictive analytics, and chatbot client interaction. The study also discusses the advantages of integrating AI, such as improved accuracy, cost savings, and competitive advantage, while recognizing the drawbacks, such as staff training requirements, data privacy issues, and change aversion. In addition to case studies of top Indian companies using AI, strategies for successful implementation are suggested. The results imply that the strategic use of AI can greatly enhance the operations of Indian law firms, setting them up for future success in a cutthroat industry.
